Where to go by cart
You can cover all of San Pancho without leaving town. These are the classics.
The beach
Wide and clean, a few streets from the center. Good for swimming and surfing.
Tercer Mundo Avenue
The main cobblestone street. At the far end you'll find the ceviche, aguachile and grilled fish spots.
Plaza and Las Bodegas
The plaza with the San Francisco church, EntreAmigos, and the warehouses where the Children's Circus performs.

Grupo Ecológico de la Costa Verde protects the nests on the town beach. In season you can watch baby sea turtles make their way to the ocean.

Renting
What do I need to rent?
Just three things:
- Official ID of the renter. We keep it during the rental and give it back when you return the cart in perfect condition.
- Sign the rental agreement.
- Pay the full rental when the cart is delivered, plus a refundable MXN $500 deposit.
How does the deposit work?
It's MXN $500, left when the cart is delivered. You get it back in full when you return the cart with no damage.
Who pays for damage or fines?
During the rental the renter is responsible for damage to the cart (crashes, dents, flat tires, etc.), traffic fines or lost keys.
How is the cart charged?
It arrives fully charged. The Cruiser Standard has a solar panel roof that recharges it with renewable solar energy while you drive. Every cart includes a charger: if the day isn't sunny, plug it into any outlet where you're staying.
On the road
Can I drive to Sayulita or on the highway?
No. Carts may only be driven inside San Pancho. Taking one onto Federal Highway 200 is illegal and dangerous, and ends the rental with loss of the deposit.
Can I drive on the beach?
No. Driving on the sand is prohibited to protect the beach, and carts get stuck and damaged. There's parking near the main beach entrances.
Do you deliver groceries or food to where I'm staying?
Yes. With La Estación Delivery we bring items from the grocery store and food from the restaurant to your door. Order on WhatsApp and we confirm timing and cost.
How many people can ride?
As many as each model allows: 4 in the Cruiser Standard and 6 in the Family Limo. It's for safety and to protect the motor. Carrying more people than the cart's capacity means losing the deposit.
What if someone drives after drinking?
Zero tolerance for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If it happens, we take the cart back with no refund.
